My name is Alexis and currently work in Marketing. I’ve always been an enormously sporty person doing everything from tennis and cycling to sailing and swimming all my life. About six years ago I was looking to strengthen my back, increase my flexibility and find a way to get away from the stresses of life.
My sister introduced me to Yoga with Adrienne on Youtube. She has become my rock since then. I’ve never looked back and yoga is now firmly part of my life. It’s almost like I’ve found the final piece in my weekly exercise regime – one that both offers me a chance to stretch out my muscles but also a chance to refresh my mind as well. I don’t know what I would do without it, especially now through lockdown. I have upped my weekly sessions to 5 times, every week morning before I sit down at my laptop for the day ahead.
